20/19 Sundering vs. 20/20 Sundering...
I was planning on making a Sundering Scythe of Fortitude, 20/20 +30, all that good stuff. Right now, I have a 19% sundering mod on the scythe becuase I got impatient AND I saw a very good deal on one. My question is this;
Does it make any difference at all to have a 20% chance instead of a 19% chance? Or is it such a small change that I should ignore it and save my money? |

I would just save the money and stick with the 19%. It's only 1% less and costs a lot less than a 20/20 mod.

i don't really think it has any other difference than just that 20/20 looks cooler when you watch it in your inventory >_<'

Yeah the effect is so minor you won't even notice it.
But when people are 'building' their weapons, they want perfect mods so the weapon will be 'perfect' too. |

I only take perfect stuff into GvG, you never know how that 1% can kill a monk, therefore be able to kill the other, chainkill and kill the lord. For PvE, sure I take non-perfect stuff there too

in PvE, sure, go with 20/19, hell, even 20/10 would still work, it's PvE after all :P
in PvP however, go with max stats. If you cannot afford it, make a pvp character ... there's absolutely no reason to not take max stuff into PvP |

I think I'll just stick with my 20/19 mod until I have more money (like say over 100k again) before I spend it on the perfect mods, I was just curious if it was very important.
Thank you all for your thoughts on the subject |
